What are the age requirements?
The minimum age required to rent a vehicle is 21 years.
What are the Drivers License requirements?
The renter must hold a FULL valid driver's licence and must present it at time of rental.
Restrictions:
We regret that we cannot rent to driver's holding an Australian learner's permit or provisional driver's licence.
Driver's licence accepted:
Licence accepted issued by any state or territory in Australia, Issued by any country. Foreign renter's must carry a driver's licence written in English, or present an International driving permit for translation purposes.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit Cards: Network welcomes the following cards:- MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard (Australian issued only), Diners Club, American Express.
Cash Rentals: Renters paying cash will be qualified at the rental counter. The renter must call the rental office prior to the date of rental to ensure all requirements can be met. Renters are required to pay a deposit as well as the estimated rental charges at the commencement of the rental. A credit card will be required for security.
Is the vehicle covered by insurance?
Insurance is included in all rates quoted. The renter is responsible for a damage liability fee ranging from A$400.00 to A$5000.00. Optional reduced damage liability fee is available. Please enquire at the time of rental.
(NOTE: Vehicle damage liability is subject to the terms and conditions of the Network rental agreement.)
What happens with fuel?
The vehicle is full of fuel at the commencement of the rental and is to be returned full otherwise refueling fees apply.
Do you allow additional drivers?
Additional drivers must be nominated on the rental agreement and additional driver premium is charge at a nominal fee.
Do you do One-Way Rentals?
One way rentals are allowed between major cities such as New South Wales, Adelaide, Queensland. One way charges apply. Check with rental office for restrictions and availability.
What happens when I return the vehicle early?
A vehicle can be returned early however Refunds can not be issued once the rental agreement has commemnced.
